Information

  1. Conduct an overall assessment of the patient’s nutritional status.
  2. Diagnose and treat malnutrition as necessary.
  3. Evaluate and identify patients who may be at nutritional risk, based on laboratory test results and other factors.
  4. Develop a customized Medical Nutrition Therapy plan, which will involve ongoing interactions with a licensed nutritionist-dietician. This plan will be tailored to the patient’s specific clinical condition and dietary challenges related to their identified disease.
